Sister is playing Wii fit. She is taking physical fitness classes stuff in university. It's telling her all stuff she already knows and she's getting mad at the little chibi Wii board on the screen.

Then it told her her Wii Fit age was 32. She wasn't impressed by that. Mom and I laughed. :)

Then she did the first deep breathing exercise under yoga. She came in third on the high scores.
Me: "I'm better at breathing than you!"
Her: "Oh yeah, well I got third on my first try!"
Mr: "Yeah, well I got first on my first try."

Now the tree pose. I've been standing and leaning on my leg in that pose for years without knowing I was inadvertently doing yoga. Go figure.

She just beat my best score in ski jump by 2 and my tightrope walk by 1. Tch. On the bright side, she got constantly smacked in the head by shoes in the football/soccer goalie game.

Now she's doing the step thing. She didn't get that the blue ones were both to the same side so wa scrambling to get her fet in the right spots for a while, including much crossleggedness.

And now I have to go. Sister will likely be playing Wii Fit all night or until she gets too mad at the thing for being stupid.

I've been rather deprived of internets the last few days.
Saturday I worked all day, so was only on a bit in the evening.
Sunday was moving back home day, so I was moving heavy things into the van, shopping (one store in Brandon actually had some Wii fits so I finally got one), then riding in said van for four hours.
Monday I spent cleaning out my room. Most of the stuff in my room was garbage old papers or broken toys or generally things that needed to be garbaged. Cleaned everything out so now I have room in my room. Then, moved everything out of the van and upstairs to my room and put it all away.
This morning was spent setting up the TV, Wii, and Laptop stuffs as well as getting the router going. I had to buy a new router because my dad is convinced the old one is messing up the internet connection when it's actually just him messing up the internet connection. Finally I have everything done and I can rest. Yay. *collapse*

My favourite children's shows. Children's shows these days just don't measure up.

Fred Penner's Place
Tell-A-Tale-Town - (I think) still airing on BookTelevision, which I don't get, even at home.
Mr. Dressup
Teddy Ruxpin - I had the actual stuffed toy thing too. Not anyomre, alas.
The Raccoons - I actually have most or all of the songs that played in the show :D. Currently airing on Teletoon Retro
Lamb Chop's Play-Along
Fraggle Rock - (I think) still airing on BookTelevision, which I don't get, even at home.
Sharon, Lois & Bram's Elephant Show
Babar - Possibly still airing on Treehouse.
The Wonderful Wizard of Oz - in looking to track down the exact adaptation I watched, I found out that it was actually an adaptation of an anime. (I think) still airing on BookTelevision, which I don't get, even at home.
Shining Time Station

Later-ish ones:
Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego
TaleSpin
The Adventures of TinTin
Samurai Pizza Cats
Where on Earth is Carmen Sandiego

Anyone else like, or have other favourites to share?

Last night I had a dream of watching a commercial. It was advertising that Wingfield was going to be airing on CBC radio. With my recent lack of sleep in tow, I went to tune my mp3 player into CBC Radio 2 to see if I could pick it up, only to forget that my mp3 player needs to be recharged. And then that it was a dream.
I wish it hadn't been, though.

Firstly,No classes today, it was staff development day at ACC. I heard they were going to play Family Feud. Still, I was at the college to meet with my business project group. Well, one other member; one of them couldn't show and told us on Friday, the other told the other guy that came about three hours before we agreed to meet. We didn't get much done.

Secondly, The cold weather's back again. -40 C winchill, yay. A few days ago it was 0 with high winds, -45 winchill a few days before that, above 0 another few days before, and the week or so before that it was -50 windchill for a week. Also, it's supposed to go back above freezing around Wednesday.

Nextly, The groundhogs seem to be split this year, though the more famous ones supposedly saw their shadows. That means an early Spring! (In Manitoba at least, it's win-win for us)

Lastly, finished watching the first 4 episodes of the new series of Hustle. One of few TV shows I watch. I really really hope it keeps going. I want a series 6.

Introduction:
This experiment will see the internal organs of two subjects, Subjects A and B, removed and replaced with alternate substances. The subjects' resilience and tolerance to both transplantation and extreme heat will be tested and observed. Their reaction to the procedure will be recorded for reference in future experiments.

Materials:
- Subjects
- Knife
- Spoon
- Replacement parts
- Something to clean up the mess

Procedure:
Step 1: Decapitate and slice open the test subjects.
Step 2: Disembowel the test subjects. Discard their insides.
Step 3: Prepare the new innards, replace into the subjects.
Step 4: Expose subjects to temperatures in excess of 200°C (400°F).
Step 5: Analyze.

Results:
No difficulties were encountered in Steps 1 and 2. The opening and disembowelment of both Subject A and Subject B proceeded without incident. Their replacement insides were prepared well and both Subjects were filled as much as possible.
Unfortunately, Subject B did not survive the fourth Step. The body fell apart and the innards seeped out in a gooey, molten brown mess. The mess was cleaned.
Subject A survived the fourth step. The Subject's skin was highly shrivelled and somewhat browned. Some of Subject A's insides did seep out through holes, but the Subject kept it's shape. Subject A is considered a success.
Note: Subject A had a large hole in it's head, occurring from the decapitation process. Perhaps this helped it to survive Step 4? Pressure from the liquefying insides would have had a large avenue of escape. More research may be required.

Documentation:
- Subjects A and B, disemboweled and ready for organ replacement.
- The Subjects after Step 4. Subject B did not survive.

Conclusion:
   Yum.
